Chicken Nuggets













 Here's how to make a quick chicken dish.  These are called chicken nuggets.  Anyone who is not a vegetarian would love to eat these.  If you go shopping, you will have to spend a lot of money.  But if you make it at home, you can make it cheaper and healthier without using preservatives.

 Ingredients:


 1 cup of bread flour


 1 1/4 tablespoons of salt


 Gambiris to taste


 Large eggs 2


 2 cups of seasoned bread powder (If you can't find seasoned bread powder, take two cups of plain bread powder and add three to five teaspoons of powdered bread, 1 teaspoon of chili powder and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder and mix well.)


 Cut the chicken breast / chicken breast into 2 inch squares


 Vegetable oil for binding


 Tomato Sauce / Ketchup (for serving)

 How to make:


 First, place the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl, stir, and set aside.
 Then in another bowl, whisk together the two eggs and 2 tablespoons of water.
 Take another bowl and put the bread crumbs aside.


 Now, dip the pieces of meat in the bread flour mixture that we made first.  Then dip the meat in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs.


 Now put the oil in a saucepan about 2 inches high and heat it over a low flame.  If you add a little bread crumbs to the oil, it means that our meat is ready to be fried in this oil.


 Now add these pieces of meat and fry as much as you can in the pan.  Fry until all sides are well browned and the pieces are well browned.


 Now save the oil and serve with tomato sauce.  that is all!  game over!
